Lasa Health Receives Colorado State Grant to Advance Women's Health Technology
BOULDER, CO – Lasa Health is pleased to announce it has been awarded an Early-Stage Capital and Retention grant through the Colorado Office of Economic Development and International Trade (OEDIT) Advanced Industries Accelerator program. This funding will help further the development of Lasa Health's innovative platform designed to accelerate the diagnosis and management of chronic pelvic pain.

The Early-Stage Capital and Retention grant supports businesses commercializing innovative and disruptive technologies in the advanced industries that will be created or manufactured in Colorado. These grants help promote the growth and sustainability of advanced industries across the state by driving innovation and commercialization that move this vital part of the Colorado economy forward.
Lasa Health was awarded $250,000 to develop and enhance their AI-powered diagnostic screening and clinical decision support platform specifically targeting chronic pelvic pain. This project, led by CEO Margaret Melville and CTO Chris Fortuna, aims to improve diagnostic accuracy and speed, enhance patient engagement, and streamline care coordination. The expected outcomes include a significant reduction in the time to diagnosis, improved patient satisfaction, and reduced healthcare costs associated with chronic pelvic pain.
